You should really read the short fiction piece posted below. I'm a Literature teacher, and I know what I'm talking about. In fact, not only should you read it, but you should consider sending in a piece of your own, oh Jefferson MS student.
You never know if a "famous literary agent" might be reading this blog. A "famous agent" with a checkbook, armed and ready to sign hot, new authors. Really. It could happen.
